Gluten-free carrot bread (1 loaf)
gluten-free, dairy-free

Gluteenivaba porgandileib

Ingredients:

  • 500 g of finely grated carrot
  • 150 g gluten-free flour mix (e.g. Schär mix it Universale)
  • 1 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon of soda
  • 100 g of sunflower seeds
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml of milk

Preparation:

Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix together all the dry ingredients. Add the grated carrot and eggs to the flour mixture and mix. Add milk. Mix everything well. Pour the mixture into a bread pan covered with baking paper and lightly greased with oil. Bake in the oven for about 1 hour.
