Bean pate’
vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free

Ingredients:

  • 400 g can of red kidney beans
  • half a red bell pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • freshly squeezed juice of half a lemon
  • a handful of parsley
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Himalayan salt/pepper

Pink Barbie smoothie (for 1)
gluten-free, sugar-free

Ingredients:

  • 100 g strawberries
  • 100 g mango
  • 250 g low-fat kefir
  • 5 g coconut flakes
  • 5 g shelled hemp seeds
  • 10 g freshly squeezed lime juice
