Healthy dinner
Cottage cheese-based pizza (for 8)
gluten-free
Pizza base:
- 1 kg classic or low-fat cottage cheese
- 8 eggs
- 200 g gluten-free flour
- 2 tablespoon Himalayan salt
For topping, you can use tomato sauce without added sugar, minced meat, smoked chicken, pineapple, capsicum, blue cheese, pizza seasoning, etc.
Preparation:
Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. My baking sheet is 37x44cm. Mix cottage cheese, eggs, flour and salt in a bowl until smooth. Pour the mixture onto the baking sheet and spread around with a spoon. Bake the base for 20 minutes. At the same time, prepare the things that will go on top of the pizza. Take the base out of the oven, spread it with tomato paste, sprinkle the cover on top and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
