Healthy dinner
Fresh basil salad with mozzarella and prosciutto cheese (for 2)
gluten-free
Ingredients:
- 1 package of fresh basil
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 1 package of prosciutto crudo
- 1 package of mozzarella or burrata cheese of your choice
- 1 tablespoon of high-quality olive oil
- Himalayan salt
Preparation:
Tear the basil leaves onto two plates. Halve the cherry tomatoes and place on the basil cushion. Divide the ham into two equal parts and place on the salad. At the very end, add the mozzarella and drizzle with a small amount of olive oil. Season with Himalayan salt. Serve with wholegrain bread or crackers.
