Healthy lunch

Juicy zucchini cheese patties (20 pcs)
gluten-free

Ingredients:

  • 1,5 kg zucchini (seeds removed)
  • 4 g grated garlic cloves
  • 150 g grated cheese
  • 15 g chia seeds
  • 15 g ground hemp seeds
  • 250 g oat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tl pink Himalayan salt

Preparation:

Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Grate the zucchini, sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of salt, mix and place on a sieve to drain for 20 minutes.

In another bowl, mix grated garlic, grated cheese, chia seeds, hemp seeds, flour and salt. From the zucchini, squeeze out as much water as possible between your hands and add the zucchini to the flour mixture.

Add the eggs and mix well. The dough will remain a little runny. Using a spoon, place the patties in the oven (tray should be covered with a baking sheet) and bake for approx. 30 minutes.
