Minced meat cutlets with zucchini (17 pcs.)


  • 600 g of minced beef/minced chicken
  • 600 g of zucchini flesh (seeds removed)
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 2 grated garlic cloves
  • 1 egg
  • Himalayan salt/pepper


Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Grate the zucchini, place on a sieve, sprinkle with salt, mix and let stand for 15 minutes. In another bowl, mix minced meat, onion, garlic, egg and spices. Squeeze out as much water as possible from the zucchini between your hands and add to the dough. Stir through. Place the baking paper on the baking sheet and form the cutlets between your hands. Bake for about 20-25 minutes.
