Pink Barbie smoothie (for 1)
gluten-free, sugar-free
Ingredients:
- 100 g strawberries
- 100 g mango
- 250 g low-fat kefir
- 5 g coconut flakes
- 5 g shelled hemp seeds
- 10 g freshly squeezed lime juice
Preparation:
Place all the ingredients in a blender and puree until the smoothie is creamy.
